Delivery Time
We keep you informed
Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery costs. [If you do not, please check your SPAM or JUNK mail folder.] Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification e-mail with carrier and tracking information, if available (U.S. Postal System shipments and International shipments are not traceable).
You can check your ORDER STATUS 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order. 

Shipping and delivery estimates
The items on your order will ship as they become available. In-stock items will ship within one to two business days of receipt of your orders. Orders received after 2 p.m. EST on Friday or during the weekend, are not processed until the next business day, which is usually Monday, except on Holidays.

Most deliveries within the continental U.S. will be received within 7 to 10 business days.

Expedited shipping is two-day shipping and expedited packages are not delivered over the weekend.

Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping methods
The Dragon Door Store offers the following shipping methods:                                                              
  • Standard Shipping — Delivers within 7 to 10 business days after shipping.
  • Expedited Shipping — Delivers within 2 business days after shipping. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST Friday through Sunday will arrive on Wednesday. Expedited kettlebell orders placed after 2 p.m. EST Thursday through Sunday will arrive on Wednesday, as they ship from a secondary warehouse and need an additional day for order processing.
  • International Shipping — Delivers within 10 to 30 business days after shipping. International orders are not traceable. The tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation e-mails are package numbers, which can be used to verify delivery. International customers are responsible for any additional brokerage fees levied by the delivery company.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order on You can also see shipping costs on the Order Confirmation e-mails and on your online ORDER STATUS page. If you order multiple items, you will receive separate shipments. You will receive a Shipment Notification e-mail for each shipment with the carrier's name and tracking information, if available. Shipping fees for the entire order will be charged when your first item is shipped.

Shipping Restrictions
Address Changes: 
Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address, without additional costs applying, which the customer is responsible for. Please contact our customer service center by e-mailing or calling 651-487-2180 to request changes.
Multiple Shipping Addresses: does not support shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to an additional address, please place a new order at the Store

Kettlebells: We regret that we cannot ship kettlebells orders placed on the to addresses outside of North America. However, we have many Distributors of our products around the globe and may have one that can assist you in getting an authentic Dragon Door kettlebell or many of our other fine books, DVDs or training products.

Shopping outside the U.S.: All books and videos and many of our training products are available to purchase directly from, with the exception of kettlebells. 

As of Feb. 17th, 2011, we have Distributors in countries around the globe. If you would like to purchase products from outside the U.S., please visit our Distributors directly to find out if a Distributors better serves your country and your needs.
Warning to international customers: Customs and/or the delivery company may or may not tax or otherwise charge you additional fees (customs or brokerage charges) for goods you receive. is charging you only for U.S. handling and international shipping. is in no way responsible for any additional fees levied by Customs, the delivery company or any other entity.

Sales to U.S. military personnel stationed abroad: We gladly accept orders for all products for U.S. service personnel shipping to APO/FPO addresses and ship via the U.S. Postal Service. All products are available to purchase (except kettlebells weighing over 70+ pounds) and shipping prices are the same as if you were still here within the United States.
